
Introductory course to English for Law and the English Legal System
London, 25-29 June 2012 and 2-6 July 2012
The Firm organizes a course, which takes place in London, consisting of an introduction to the English Legal System and English legal terminology.
“English for Law and Introduction to the English Legal System” is a law course the object of which is the study of the key provisions of the English Legal System and of the English legal terminology. The matters covered are, among others, contract law, property and conveyancing, equity and trusts, criminal law and criminal procedure, civil procedure, company law, taxation law.
The Course comprises a total of thirty-five lectures: each lecture is taught by a lecturer with expertise in the subject. Most of the lecturers are University Professors, English Solicitors, Chartered Accountants and Notaries Public.
The lectures are given in English.
The Course, which is essentially a practical one, is aimed at lawyers, accountants, notaries, legal practitioners, graduates and law students who are interested in acquiring the fundamentals of the English legal system and the English legal terminology and who have a good knowledge of the English language.
At the end of the Course the Participants will be given a certificate of attendance. The date and the arrangements for participation relating to the Course which will take place in June-July 2012 are now available.
